Post-It Notes for your Filofax

 If you own a Filofax I would be massively surprised if you didn't own a Post-It note or 2! I own pretty much every type of sticky note you can imagine and I use plenty of them in my organisers, mainly Post-It brand, obviously the Filofax own brand ones plus quite a few other none-too-well-known brands. A few years ago I noticed a range of Post-It notes branded under the "Mobile" umbrella, these intrigued me so I had a further delve. These have never been available in the UK but were marketed originally for the US market and have made it in to a few other European locations as well. These items tend to be sticky notes or flags that will fit into an organiser or will attach to a bag, wallet or purse. To date I have only been able to get a set via Amazon due to its Global Shipping Programme, shipping from the USA is just ridiculous so I have avoided wasting my money thus far!
I absolutely love this and will be putting into a pocket sized organiser as soon as I can! The ring holes are spaced as such so that they will fit in a variety of sizes including pocket, Personal and A5, but I think they look best in a Pocket so that they fill the space.




This set includes some flags, page markers and a standard sticky note which is fully sticky, good value and really useful. If you have anything similar please share some pictures!

Galen Leather card book

I've had this in my stash for a few weeks now and haven't gotten around to doing anything with it, until now.  It's no bigger than a credit card and is ideally suited to fit in a wallet or possibly a card slot in a Filofax or organiser. Like many other Galen Leather notebooks it's made by Tomoe River and is very thin but also high quality. I'm yet to find a pen to go with it  but it's pretty unlikely I ever will! I will be keeping mine in my Filofax Malen Ochre Wallet as a back up notebook.

Seriously, will this ever end? I've been creating and updating this list for 3 years now, I love doing it but I never get chance anymore. I have a full time job, a business on the side and a ever-demanding 4 year old so never get time to do things for myself. Filofax Personal Chester-Tapestry

If anyone has any details on the production or dates of manufacture on this model please do get in touch,  the filofaxist at G mail dot com. I don't ever profess to be an expert at this but I do believe this is quite a rare Filofax and is known as a Chester "tapestry" which is no surprise considering the look of it! Whilst not to my taste the cover is quite smart and definitely good quality if not a little garish. The internal lettering makes no claims of it being made from Leather but it does feel like it, at least the outer part looks like leather. The inside has more of a PU leather feel about it but i'm not completely sure. The left inside pocket has 6 credit card slots and a full length pocket underneath. It of course has the brand name and title with is in a lovely gold print which gives it that extra feel of quality. There's another full length pocket on the right internal side, one pen loop and a press stud enclosure.
